With DataHOUSE™ AR Remote Hand, field engineers can stream real-time images using AR operations console at different angles to various senior certified personnel located in different location to jointly troubleshoot together, aiding the inconveniences during the times of the pandemic. DataHOUSE™ AR Remote Hand also incorporate real-time intelligence, troubleshooting logs, graphics and encrypted data from backend systems to on-site engineers and maintenance staffs. There is a predesignated QR code that enable the AR heads-up to display stepby- step instruction and 3D manuals to eliminate the tedious search of paper manuals or laptops to examine documentation or communications. Using pre-set routines (e.g., hand gestures), on-site engineers can review a device’s historical record (e.g., customer’s network traffic or cloud CPU history). All these help to reduce diagnostics time and increase field engineer’s efficiencies by more than 50%.
