Designed as a Green and Smart City, the 604,800-square-meter complex integrates over 232,000 square meters of green and open spaces with energy-efficient buildings, rooftop gardens, skywalks, and low-carbon infrastructure, promoting environmental responsibility and modern urban living. The Smart City Project System enhances city management efficiency through digital innovation. Core systems include Smart Access Control, Smart Parking and Transportation, Digital Signage & Directory, the GCC Super Application, and a centralized Smart City Command Center supported by advanced data infrastructure. These systems enable real-time monitoring, data-driven management, and seamless service experiences for both government personnel and citizens. By combining green design with digital transformation, DAD elevates the quality of life, optimizes resource use, and strengthens technological capability, positioning the Government Complex as a pioneering model of Thailand’s smart, sustainable, and people-centric urban future.
