Mitake Messaging Platform enables clients to send or release new information/ messages manually or automatically to their customers. Mitake provides two interfaces, which are their website (簡訊即時通)and application(簡訊快遞) for manual delivery of messages. Mitake also releases three ways to connect with clients’ system. They are inserted with DB, HTTP API, and FTP respectively.

Through the various methods to send messages, Mitake’s clients can extend their marketing campaign to their customers’ phone. The customers can receive important information anywhere and anytime. Thus, clients can use Mitake’s platform to communicate internally and to release marketing information externally. The aim of this platform is for Mitake’s clients to maintain existing customers and to acquire new customers in order to improve their customers relationship management and to achieve their key performance index for every marketing period.
