Since 2015, Thai Beverage Public Company Limited (ThaiBev) has developed “collaboration platforms for sustainable development” through C asean, a wholly owned social enterprise. Since the inception, the platforms have generated continuous ripple of impacts within and outside organisations. C asean has expanded its reach in business, arts and culture, bringing about collaboration across sectors, entities and countries. For example in 2018, Thai-Bev through C asean created a reality show, ‘Win Win WAR Thailand’ to search for and groom social entrepreneurs. The innovative program attracted more than 800 applications and went on to win the 2018 TV Gold Award for Best Gameshow. It is now in the second season with ever- expanding reach of impact. Within the organisation, C asean platform has strengthened awareness of ASEAN business, arts and culture to employees, and thus accelerated ASEAN capabilities from outside in. The influence of the C asean platform continues to expand with third location opening in the heart of youth community, and deep collaboration for sustainable development in Thailand. As an aggregator of knowledge and network, C asean platform has also expanded its influence in development of ThaiBev people ranging from sustainability capability building to ASEAN leadership development programs.
