E.SUN developed a comprehensive foreign
exchange (FX) service that meets the needs
of customers. E.SUN initiated an anti-fraud
function embedded in FX transactions and
provided intelligent service, mobile financial
consultant and patented audio service to
serve customers. Besides, E.SUN’s FX price
notification and FX average cost both
benefited customers’ FX transactions.
E.SUN developed the first self-own
intelligent FX platform in Taiwan which
enabled E.SUN’s FX business to be more
flexible. E.SUN is the only bank in Taiwan
whose foreign currency deposit has
increased by NTD 100 billion for 4 years
in a row, ranking it 1st in terms of growth
volume and growth rate. E.SUN will work
harder and improve the service to serve
more customers.
