To build on the culture that allow and support AP people to keep on coming up with new innovations, the company have partnered with global executive and professional education leader Stanford Center for Professional Development to integrate Design Thinking into the core of the company’s corporate thinking as called ‘Empathy Design’, a philosophy shared by all members of the organisation order to gain insights into unmet needs and customer pain points. This plays an important role in stimulating new creative thinking power and innovation as well as in-depth understanding of customer needs, leading to the signature difference that sets AP’s product and service innovation design apart.

AP’s policy in support of Innovation Culture is evident at every level, from Business Direction to individual level, and has the cooperation of both internal parties and external partners. Also, this has elevated AP’s customers’ quality of life in a variety of ways, increasing not only comfort and convenience but also their confidence in living security, enhancing residents’ experiences and feelings and leading to a good living ecosystem encompassing all stages of life, for both today and tomorrow.

  • AP Thailand in partnership with Standford Center for Professional development to develop the principle of thinking that form the culture to support and enable all employees to be ready to produce new innovations and reinforce Innovative Culture at the individual level.
  • Empathy Design is a philosophy shared by all members of AP’s organisation and also the essence of their DNA.
  • Empathy Design has adopted and immersed in everywhere from designs, the function to the whole ecosystem for living like One Click New Home; A fully integrated online property sales platform, Smart World; all-in-one application spanning every facet of living on an AP property and BC Service Integrated Platform; offering integrated consultation and services to those looking to buy, sell or rent properties.
  • The new work functions have been setting up in supporting the Empathy Design Culture that are Innovation Program; A special program allows employees from different departments to join forces to design new product and service innovations and Innovation Team; members of the new generation who are interested in creating innovations for living.
  • With a strong Empathy Design culture, AP has grown considerably amidst global changes, leaping to an all-time high of 46.130 billion baht in 2020, a 40% rise from the previous year despite the Covid-19 pandemic.
