Criteo was fast to act to
support all employees globally
in response to the COVID-19
pandemic, putting safety first,
whilst also finding creative
and innovative ways to
engage and create a culture
of belonging. The company’s
focus has been on employee
well-being, sustainability,
connection, engagement and
ensuring that our employees
felt supported through
all the anxiety happening
across the world. This has
been a substantial period of
challenge and uncertainty, so
we continued to listen to our
employees, respond quickly,
and we have been open to new
and creative ways of working
to keep teams together and
included.
To achieve this, Criteo runs
regular listening surveys
to understand how to best
support their employees.
This has resulted in regular
quiet days (no meetings), a
hybrid working policy, feel
good events to focus on
wellbeing and connection,
and training and support to
help employees navigate
new ways of working. In
September Criteo had a global
online, virtual employee event
which was held on a specially
created virtual platform
and included games, team
activities, keynote speakers,
training sessions and leader
talks. Through the uncertainty
throughout the world, the
company’s focus is to ensure
our employees always come
first as they are the greatest
asset.
