Child abuse is a heartbreaking reality, and it comes in many forms - physical, emotional, verbal or sexual. According to the World Health Organization, 1 in 4 adults were physically abused as children. Every child deserves to grow up in a safe, stable, and nurturing environment. Children raised in loving and supportive environments are more likely to prosper academically, financially, and become successful contributing members to our society.
