AIA, in strategic partnership with Public Bank, has transformed the bank’s service model to better meet the evolving needs of affluent clients. By embracing innovation and a customer-first philosophy, the bank redefined premier financial services through the expansion of Red Carpet Banking (RCB). This collaboration introduced a cross-entity agile tribe, accelerating execution and fostering innovation in wealth management and protection.
The transformation introduced several key enhancements, including the expansion of RCB Centres to deliver personalized and relationship-driven advisory for affluent customers. New Banca Manager roles were created to extend wealth services beyond RCB Centres, increasing from 8 to 50 managers within a year, supported by specialized training programs. Customer engagement has also been elevated through targeted campaigns and financial education events, particularly focusing on legacy planning to build financial literacy and trust.
In 2024, Public Bank and AIA further strengthened their partnership with agile operating practices to deliver rapid, aligned, and future-ready solutions across both banking and insurance. The collaboration also resulted in tailored product innovations for affluent clients and introduced seamless onboarding with simplified underwriting and preferential limits to offer a frictionless experience for high-net-worth customers.
