In 2015, Elabram Group (Elabram) began the technology invention with the HRIS for internal use. It features mobile attendance, exceptional attendance, leave, overtime and claim. In 2018, this application system was highly considered by outside of Elabram’s HR outsourcing clients. HRIS finally started a new business chapter by rebranding its product to Axdif in 2021.

Task management is Axdif's main feature. It empowers all teams to collaborate with a well-informed history.

In addition, this feature will assist leaders in planning project steps, maintaining project timelines, and working process management from each member.

The Employee Self Services (ESS) feature is the digital human resource administration ecosystem. This feature will change the company's management process to paperless. This innovation offers companies transparency, fast and accurate reports, workforce effectiveness, and efficient management decision-making processes.

The last feature is Chat Apps. Elabram has developed a chat feature to integrate better team communication in Axdif. Although it is still uncommon to combine chat services with HR and task features, this feature allows the team to easily track tasks or request decisions on one platform.

These features aim to give Elabram’s clients more flexibility to optimize team collaboration and communication in a straightforward method.
