“Digital transformation” is the process of E.SUN Bank’s pursuit of excellence. E.SUN is the first bank in Taiwan to build a core system designed with open cloud-native technology and micro-service architecture. The Company also widely applies artificial intelligence to financial services through a machine learning service platform and application programming interfaces (APIs). Moreover, a digital banking brand, “e.Fingo”, was built to integrate online financial products and deliver a seamless customer experience in order to achieve a comprehensive digital transformation.

E.SUN Bank realises that digital transformation is a road without an end, and customer experience is an endless challenge. Through the development of inclusive finance, intelligent finance, and scenario finance, E.SUN aims to integrate digital services into customers’ lives, making access to financial services as convenient as how people use water and electricity and creating a better digital financial experience.
