HR in a Pocket is an internal digitalisation initiative to provide convenience to our Bank’s staff to efficiently perform operational processes and be equipped and learn to enhance productivity and performance.

Prince Bank staff are able to use this app anytime anywhere for their personnelrelated matters. The e-training module in the app are updated on an ongoing basis to reflect the current training materials made available by the Bank.

As the Bank is growing rapidly, the growth in the personnel are also increasing, hence this app is extremely beneficial to the staff to ensure easy adoption of the Bank’s work processes and to equipped ad trained.

During this COVID-19 pandemic, the Bank have innovatively developed our app to perform daily health selfassessments so that line managers are aware and able to manage staff welfare and an effectively adapt their workforce utilisation accordingly.

The potential of this app is wide and the Bank is continuously enhanced through iterative development to meet the Bank’s goals and visions.
