Back to Hall of Fame

New Taipei City, with a population exceeding 4 million, is Taiwan's most populous city. It operates 489 government agencies spread across 29 administrative districts to serve the public. In the past, limited venue resources and space constraints restricted these venues to official use, resulting in low utilization.

To address this, the city government innovatively established the "New Taipei City Government Public Venue Rental System," a platform that centrally manages 1,521 venues and makes idle resources available for citizens to book online. This system promotes resource sharing, significantly improving resource utilization, enhances citizen satisfaction, and ensures the optimal utilization of public resources. This initiative benefits both the government and the public, achieving the goals of resource sharing and sustainable development.
