Most large companies face serious change management challenges, not least in adopting new tech from startups and other technology pioneers. Pilots often get stuck in a soup of lack of time, resources, and common understandings between very different
players and contexts.
Pilot2Scale (P2S) is a collaboration framework which facilitates business experimentation and learning through piloting new products, processes, and solutions in collaboration with external partners. The framework entails building a set of standard tools (such as legal documents and templates) and processes, which streamline the structuring and management of collaborative projects. The goal of the framework is to maximise the speed of execution and learning, while minimising capital and legal risks.
P2S brings startups and technology companies into the Fung ecosystem to help solve real business problems. The program leverages a Lean Startup process and methodology, along with customised tools and templates to drive the process from initial Demo, to the first GoLive and ultimately to Scaling the new solution.
Highlights
We piloted the program in June 2018 and so far have initiated 8 pilots, 5 of which have made it to the Go-live phase of implementation.
