Criteo Singapore Pte. Ltd

Back to Hall of Fame

Criteo was fast to act to support all employees globally in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, putting safety first, whilst also finding creative and innovative ways to engage and create a culture of belonging. The company’s focus has been on employee well-being, sustainability, connection, engagement and ensuring that our employees felt supported through all the anxiety happening across the world. This has been a substantial period of challenge and uncertainty, so we continued to listen to our employees, respond quickly, and we have been open to new and creative ways of working to keep teams together and included.

To achieve this, Criteo runs regular listening surveys to understand how to best support their employees. This has resulted in regular quiet days (no meetings), a hybrid working policy, feel good events to focus on wellbeing and connection, and training and support to help employees navigate new ways of working. In September Criteo had a global online, virtual employee event which was held on a specially created virtual platform and included games, team activities, keynote speakers, training sessions and leader talks. Through the uncertainty throughout the world, the company’s focus is to ensure our employees always come first as they are the greatest asset.

"The future is wide open when it includes everyone."

Highlights

  • Criteo’s bi-annual voices survey reaches all employees and achieves over 80% voluntary participation demonstrating that employees knows that the company responds to their feedback.
  • The WOW Event in September was hosted on a specially created platform, where employees could activate games, team building, register for events, and collaborate across the entire network of Criteos in a fun and exciting way.
  • The GIVING platform hosted by Alaya is available to employees globally where they can nominate to volunteer their efforts individually or as teams, suggest activities and events, and collaborate on sustainable activities.
  • The company’s 7 active community groups run a regular calendar of events to bring communities together virtually, including fireside chats, keynote speakers, panel discussions, quizzes, games, activities, learning and awareness sessions.
  • Regional ‘Feel Good’ sessions are conducted every 2-3 per month, which include yoga, meditation, exercise or dance classes, cooking, book reviews and more – to ensure that employees are connecting on non-work-related topics together and having fun at work.
  • The global Quiet Fridays is where the employees have time away from technology and video calls to reflect, learn and catch up.
