Starting from the user journey, “VIP” combines its policy life cycle with a customized mobile application insurance service experience platform. It was launched four years ago and has thus far amassed up to 4.5 million friends on the platforms.

The innovative visual graphics and intuitive menu design greatly reduce the diffulty of the usage threshold, making it extremely easy for customers to understand Shin Kong Life Insurance Co., Ltd’s digital insurance services and obtain the latest policy introductions.

Through social media and a great access of the company’s convenient online services, it has significantly closed the distance with its customers. Thus the company is able to provide a number of one-to-one personalized online services, such as policy loans, premium notes, claim settlements and more.
