The YATUNG Smart Quality Management System App is a specialized solution designed for the ready-mixed concrete supply chain, aiming to comprehensively resolve the pain points of data delays and manual errors inherent in traditional quality control methods.
The system's highlight is its achievement of full-process, real-time, and paperless QR Code-based quality traceability. All data—from batching ratios at the production plant, IoT monitoring and management of raw material warehousing and inbound logistics, and real-time monitoring of raw material and finished product inspection—up to the inspection and acceptance at the customer's construction site, is digitally recorded, verified, and uploaded via the App.
Its core functions include real-time data monitoring, digital product traceability, and on-site cloud acceptance. Through this App, the quality of every truckload of concrete is ensured to possess the highest transparency and accuracy, providing customers with reliable, stable, high-performance green building materials and significantly enhancing the efficiency and safety of construction projects.
